An innovative 10m programme which is using familiar technology to support people with long term health & care issues” This session will provide an overview of the Living it Up Programme, examining how the co-production model informs the direction of service development and supports service and technical innovation. Focussing on Hidden Talents as an illustration of this, there will be a demo of the profiling protoype and an opportunity to share your ideas on how this could be further developed.
