Accommodation fees
The residents pay:
o A deposit.All new residents, local and international students after being offered the place in the dormitory have to pay a deposit before actual moving in.After moving out of the dormitory and terminating the contract, the deposit is returned in 30 days after the resident’s request in writing. The deposit is returned into a resident‘s account of a bank registered in LithuaniaThe deposit can be used to cover the last month fee.
o A monthly residence fee per person.The fee is being calculated in the beginning of each month and the bill is being issued. The fee has to be paid no later than on the 25th of the month. All the residents who move into a dormitory after the 15th day of the month or move out of a dormitory before the 15th day of the month pay half of a monthly residence fee.

Coming and living...what to do if..?
o I want to change a room/dormitory or book an additional placeContact your dormitory administrator or Dormitory group. Room or dormitory can
be changed at first day of each month.
o I have a problem with the InternetContact your dormitory IT administrator (KTU Guest House administrator).

o I have a questions about the accommodation feesContact your dormitory administrator or Dormitory group (room No. 103)
o I need to declarate my living placeAddress the Dormitory group (be sure that you have paid accommodation fee of
current month)
o I want to invite a guestThe guests are being accepted at the dormitory from 6.00 to 22.30, or to 24.00
on Fridays, Saturdays and in the eve of official days-off (public holidays). The guests shall be registered in the guest book (the host is responsible for his/her guests).

Coming and living...what to do if..?
o Something is broken or not working properly in my room or in the area of common use
You can register all faults in the registrations book which is at the receptionist or tell to the administrator.
o My personal belongings are goneResidents are responsible for personal belongings or other property left in the
room or in the area of common use. In case something is gone you can always contact the administrator.
o I need to absence from the dormitory for a longer period (for example for one month)
You have to notify your dormitory administrator and do not forget to pay monthly residence fee.

IN ORDER TO ENSURE FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS TO LIVE, STUDY AND RELAX, PLEASE FOLLOW THE DORMITORY RULES
AND REGULATIONS

o Do not carry out any works of repair or modification of rooms and equipment of the dormitory at one’s own discretion
o Comply with other instructions of the dormitory staff issued without prejudice to the Rules.

Leaving...what to do if..?
o I want to move out from the dormitoryAddress the dormitory administrator to fill in the form and come to the Dormitory
group to terminate your contract. Befor moving out you must:• pay any outstanding residence fees;• vacate the premises of any personal belongings;• let the dormitory administrator to inspect the room before leaving;• return the key;• return the residence pass.
o I am moving out from the dormitory, what to do with the deposit?Your deposit can be used to cover the last month residence fee or can be
transferred to your bank account (bank acting in Lithuania account).Application for deposit returning you can fill in Dormitory group.
