Free access to the german labour market for citizens of EUEEA member states (including Bulgaria and Romania) for seasonal jobs in agriculture horticulture forestry and in hotel amp catering (Duration of employment max six months)

Members of third party countries (= anybody who is not an EUEEA citizen) need in general a work permit (except High-Potentials with an annual gross income of at least 66000 euro)

the bdquoBeschaumlftigungsverordnung (BeschV)ldquo is about detailed regulatory statutes and determines exceptions - Art 27 BeschV facilitates ways to receive the residence permit including work permit for a special job because the priority check will be ignored

1 if you graduated at a German University

2 and if you found a position according to your professional degree

- Of course you will still need a work permit along with your residence permit and the German Federal Employment Service will check the condition of the job offer but it does not matter if there were priority applicants

Legal access to the German Labour Market ndash future changes - the BLUE CARD EU

the BLUE CARD has been created to attract High Potentials from third party countries The law will become effective in about two months

the BLUE CARD is designed for facilitating the process receiving a work permit for High Potentials

Requirements University Degree and a contract with a German employer which guarantees an annual gross salary of 44000 Euros minimum no priority check is required no check of the job offer and the application is handled by the bdquoAuslaumlnderamtldquo exclusively

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not

Legal access to the German Labour Market ndash the BLUE CARD EU ndashadvantages for you

also the BLUE CARD has been designed to interest foreign nationals to stay in Germany if they have or are about to graduate from a German university

The following improvements could be of interest to you

- you will now be allowed to work 120 days annually or use half-day jobs for a period of 240 days to earn some additional money (it used to be 90 days resp 180 half-days)

- after having graduated from a German university successfully you are are now allowed to stay 18 months in order to look for a suitable job And you will be allowed to work in any job during this period

the BLUE CARD is designed for facilitating the process receiving a work permit for High Potentials

Requirements University Degree and a contract with a German employer which guarantees an annual gross salary of 44000 Euros minimum no priority check is required no check of the job offer and the application is handled by the bdquoAuslaumlnderamtldquo exclusively

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not

also the BLUE CARD has been designed to interest foreign nationals to stay in Germany if they have or are about to graduate from a German university

The following improvements could be of interest to you

the BLUE CARD has been created to attract High Potentials from third party countries The law will become effective in about two months

the BLUE CARD is designed for facilitating the process receiving a work permit for High Potentials

Requirements University Degree and a contract with a German employer which guarantees an annual gross salary of 44000 Euros minimum no priority check is required no check of the job offer and the application is handled by the bdquoAuslaumlnderamtldquo exclusively

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not

also the BLUE CARD has been designed to interest foreign nationals to stay in Germany if they have or are about to graduate from a German university

The following improvements could be of interest to you

- you will now be allowed to work 120 days annually or use half-day jobs for a period of 240 days to earn some additional money (it used to be 90 days resp 180 half-days)

- after having graduated from a German university successfully you are are now allowed to stay 18 months in order to look for a suitable job And you will be allowed to work in any job during this period

the BLUE CARD is designed for facilitating the process receiving a work permit for High Potentials

Requirements University Degree and a contract with a German employer which guarantees an annual gross salary of 44000 Euros minimum no priority check is required no check of the job offer and the application is handled by the bdquoAuslaumlnderamtldquo exclusively

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not

also the BLUE CARD has been designed to interest foreign nationals to stay in Germany if they have or are about to graduate from a German university

The following improvements could be of interest to you

the BLUE CARD is designed for facilitating the process receiving a work permit for High Potentials

Requirements University Degree and a contract with a German employer which guarantees an annual gross salary of 44000 Euros minimum no priority check is required no check of the job offer and the application is handled by the bdquoAuslaumlnderamtldquo exclusively

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not

also the BLUE CARD has been designed to interest foreign nationals to stay in Germany if they have or are about to graduate from a German university

The following improvements could be of interest to you

- you will now be allowed to work 120 days annually or use half-day jobs for a period of 240 days to earn some additional money (it used to be 90 days resp 180 half-days)

Even if you do not earn 44000 Euros but have been trained in one of the occupations where Germany has a big demand ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineers IT-Experts Physicians) and have been offered a contract with an annual gross salary of 34944 Euros minimum no priority check will take place neither But there will still be a check whether your qualifications comply with the requirements of the job offer or not
