a car or any other vehicle. Be in a
comfortable position so you can fully
take part in any guided meditation
and closed-eye exercises that are
part of this session.
Stretch your muscles
before starting the class.
Stretching loosens the muscles
and tendons allowing you to
sit (or lie) more comfortably.
Additionally, stretching starts the
process of “going inward” and
brings added focus to the body.
Take a deep breath.
Breathing deeply slows the
heart rate and relaxes the
muscles to help you have
a comfortable experience
during the closed-eye
exercises that happen during
the session.

The Flow Experience is more than just a group that I’ve joined, it’s become a lifestyle for me.
I couldn’t imagine having the “life” before I joined the Flow Experience. It wasn’t a life, it was merely existing and getting through every day hoping the next would be better.
I have taken the reins of my life thanks to the Flow Experience - I have moved to a new city, have a new job that I love and after being divorced have met a wonderful man.
