Vegetarian Pizza with PestoThis traditional Italian pizza with a tasty pesto twist will simply melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

30cm round pizza base2 tbsp pizza sauce2 tomatoes, sliced1 cup pitted olives4 balls buffalo mozzarellaHandful of fresh basil, tornbasil and parmesan pestoSalt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Spread pizza base with pizza sauce, top with sliced tomatoes and olives.

Tear mozzarella and spread over pizza, along with torn basil leaves.

Drizzle with pesto and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and base is crisp.
