Membership PricesCorporate Household Membership£35 per month (Direct Debit)
•Price based on two adults (at least one of whom must provideevidence of being employed by a registered Vitality MembershipCorporate partner) and up to five children (under 18 years) whoprovide evidence of living at the same address.
*There is no annual payment option available for corporate membership.
Corporate Individual Membership£23.45 per month (Direct Debit)
•Price based on one adult (over 18 years) who provides evidence of being employed bya registered Vitality Membership corporate partner.

Household Membership£45 per month (Direct Debit) £520 per annum (Cash Payment)
•Price based on two adults (over 18 years old) and up to a maximum of five childrenliving at the same household.
•Proof of address for all individuals will be required.
Household Membership (Concession*)£35 per month (Direct Debit) £410 per annum (Cash Payment)
•Price based on two adults (over 18 years old) and up to a maximum of five children liv-ing at the same household.
