1. Live Auction will begin at 12:30 pm2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is the winning bidder.3. Once the bidder is acknowledged by the auctioneer as the winner, title passes to the winner who

immediately thereupon assumes full responsibility for the item.4. Unless specified by the donor, no substitutions or additions will be made.5. Payment must be made by personal check, cash, American Express, VISA or MasterCard at the

close of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. Invoices or receipts will be mailed as requested.

There are two ways you can participate and support YFT if you are unable to attend. You may bid by telephone live during the auction or you may submit an absentee sealed bid and our auctioneer will bid the item for you.

Telephone BiddingIf you would like to place a bid by phone, you will need to register in advance by providing your name, address and phone number to reach you that day. We will call you about three items prior to your auction item is announced. Once bidding begins, we will talk you through as the bids progress and ask you at each stage if you wish to continue. This will continue until you are successful, or advise you want to stop further bidding. You must register 24 hours in advance of the auction. Absentee BiddingIf you are unable to attend and not available by phone the day of the Fair, you may place an absentee bid. We will place your bid on your behalf during the auction. ★1★ Sponsor the Home for the Holidays!Christmas is a special time of year, full of joy, hope and family. Every child should be able to experience the holiday season as a child, but many of the children we serve do not have families, or their family is struggling to meet basic needs. We want every child on our campus to experience the joyfulness and excitement of the Holiday Season. Our prayer is to provide a memorable and traditional Christmas holiday for the kids. This means more than just gifts, but devoted staff, a Christmas decorating contest among the homes, and a festive “YFT Family” Holiday Dinner after a Christmas performance by the kids.

Following dinner comes the fun part when the kids get to open gifts. There is nothing as special as getting to watch a teenager open Christmas gifts. Even our children with the toughest exterior become a joyous kid again when they realize there is a bag full of presents just for them. At first they are struck in unbelief that

someone would buy them anything, let alone Christmas gifts, off of their wish list. They quickly move to joy as they open them and then come the squeals of laughter and excitement. All of this is only possible because of the generous support from our community of donors.

Each year as we grow and serve more children, our traditional Angel Tree program must continue to grow as well. For the past few years, there are several ornaments with a child’s name and gift that are left unfilled. We never want a child or their family to go without, especially during the holidays. Today, we are asking everyone here to donate towards the holiday program. This is your chance to be Santa and provide them the opportunity to have a Christmas they will never forget!

Imagine hearing Mark Twain and Will Rogers trade witticisms, or Ronald Reagan tell a good story. ★10★ Cased Remington New Model Army Revolver by Pedersoli

One of the major handguns of the Civil War, the New Model Army was the stiffest competitor to Colt’s Model 1860 Army. The New Model Army was also the last of Remington’s .44 caliber percussion revolvers. The famous showman, William F. Cody or better known as Buffalo Bill, carried a New Model Army circa 1866-1875 for buffalo hunting and the Indian Wars, and claimed “It never failed me”. He was known to give them away as gifts as well as collecting several for himself.

Originally manufactured from 1863-1875, the .44 caliber percussion black powder only is made by one of the foremost firearm reproduction manufacturers in the world. This particular one is factory engraved with the powder flask and mold for making your own bullets. This is an actual working black powder firearm so it can be fired with the proper materials. Not for use with modern self-contained cartridges.

Our Marketing Manager, Laura Cotterman, had this brilliant idea – “Let’s tap into the creativity of these talented residents on a project where they can learn a new skill and build something they could be proud of”!

This beautiful wooden American Flag began with Laura’s expertise and her power tools, followed by our residents staining, painting, and assembling the pieces together to create a masterpiece! The kids decided to finish it with the words that best symbolizes America’s values: the famous first words of our Constitution, “We the People”.

Ms. Phyllis has been the chef and food manager for over 30 years at Youth For Tomorrow and she is one of the most beloved staff members. Everyone loves when she decides to bake her cookies, especially the kids! She’s always one of the first people kids have to find when they come back to visit and if she has cookies, even better!

★21★ 14K Yellow Gold Ornate Diamond Ring Pamela Gebhardt, or just Pam to her friends, learned about YFT after viewing the sermon that Pastor Franklin filmed in YFT’s Chapel. She was moved by his video and his intentions to build a house for the children of God, here on campus. She wanted to help, but did not have the financial means to do so.

Pam chose to use the contents of her “alabaster box” to help raise money for the Home that Pastor Franklin is building. She lost her husband unexpectedly in July 2017, at the age of 54, and she praises God for getting her through. She is donating her cocktail ring, a gift from her late husband, to benefit the children of God we serve. As Jesus tells us in Mark 12 “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything-all she had to live on."

The ring features one round brilliant cut diamond secured in a 14K White Gold four prong head in center of ring. Round Brilliant cut diamonds are bead set in a swirl design around center, down shank and on each side of the undercarriage totaling .87CT

★25★ 14K Yellow Gold Modern Diamond RingPamela Gebhardt, or just Pam to her friends, learned about YFT after viewing the sermon that Pastor Franklin filmed in YFT’s Chapel. She was moved by his video and his intentions to build a house for the children of God, here on campus. She wanted to help, but did not have the financial means to do so.

Pam chose to use the contents of her “alabaster box” to help raise money for the Home that Pastor Franklin is building. She lost her husband unexpectedly in July 2017, at the age of 54, and she praises God for getting her through. She is donating her fashion ring, a gift from her late husband, to benefit the children of God we serve. As Jesus tells us in Mark 12 “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything-all she had to live on."

The ring features five round brilliant cut diamonds prong set across top of ring with shared prongs. The ring measures 3.47 MM at

★26★ Westminster Dog ShowIn 1877, New York was well on its way to becoming the world’s greatest city. This was the year that a group of sporting gentlemen decided that this would be a good time to hold a dog show in Manhattan. It didn’t take long before the Westminster Kennel Club, following the lead of its home town, would be on its way to becoming the world’s greatest dog show.

With its spectacular beginnings and extraordinary growth in the years to follow, the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show was quickly reflecting the growth and success of New York City. As the dog show grew every year, so did the Westminster Kennel Club’s position as the symbol of the purebred dog, with its influence being felt in show rings everywhere, and eventually in millions of television homes across the country. Westminster has become America’s Dog Show.

The First Annual New York Bench Show of Dogs, given under the auspices of the Westminster Kennel Club, was staged in 1877 at Gilmore’s Garden (the forerunner of Madison Square Garden) in New York City, drawing an entry of 1,201 dogs.

Westminster pre-dates the invention of the light bulb, the automobile, and the zipper; the building of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Washington Monument; and manned air flight and the establishment of the World Series. The dog show has outlasted three previous versions of Madison Square Garden and is currently being staged in MSG IV. It is one of only four events to be held in all four “Gardens.”

The dog show has survived power outages, snowstorms, a national depression, two World Wars and a tugboat strike that threatened to shut down the city, in the process becoming the second-longest continuously held sporting event in the country. Only the Kentucky Derby has been staged longer – but by just two years.

This historic and well preserved musket rifle is a .69 cal. rifled 42” barrel. Most were converted under contract with Hewes & Phillips of Newark, N.J. for the State of New Jersey in early 1861. It is an excellent example of 100% original and complete workmanship. Lock with “US/WICKHAM” and “PHILA/1834” stamps from the flint era. Barrel stamped at breech with a large “F” and the bolster stamped “9”. Fine metal overall with grey patina. Stock in excellent condition with light wear and the original finish. Sight and nipple with the original blue. Excellent bore and working order.

Disney’s “Frozen” The Broadway MusicalEnjoy two mezzanine tickets to the smash hit “Frozen” at the St. James Theatre. Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff will be brought to life onstage by original composer and lyrics team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who between them have cultivated many Broadway hits including In Transit, The Book of Mormon, and Avenue Q, as well as winning the 2014 Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Let It Go".

“Let It Go” Vocal SessionYour child will join a Broadway vocal coach and a Frozen cast member in a pre-show vocal session in a rehearsal studio in the Theater District (on the same day you see the show). In addition to working with your child to perfect his or her rendition of “Let it Go”, the cast member will share stories about what it is like to be in the show and yes, you can take photos! There may be a small group of children participating in the vocal session (not guaranteed to be a private experience) and each child must be accompanied by an adult.

In-Theater Meet and Greet Following the show, enjoy a private in-theater meet and greet with a cast member. Please note: The cast member may not be in costume for the Meet & Greet.

Note: Participating cast members are either featured or ensemble cast members. Winning bidder to provide three date options for Frozen or may choose another Broadway show (select shows available) if desired. Additional tickets and ticket upgrades can be purchased upon booking, based on availability. Experience must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.
