Indoor Sports & RacquetsThe 3 court sports hall is available for a wide range of indoorsports, including badminton, 5-a-side football or table tennis. Theactivity studio is also available for hire for group fitness and leisureactivities. The centre also has 1 squash court.

Casual and block bookingsFacilities are available for daytime, evening and weekend usefor casual, group and school/college bookings. Ten week blockbookings are available on request with full payment required attime of booking. Booking is essential.

How to bookBook and pay online 24 hours a day at www.link4lifeolb.orgfor 5-a-side, badminton and squash - not availablecurrently for junior bookings. When booking in person or byphone, payment must be made at the same time to secure thebooking. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. Whereclosing times are given this indicates the end of the final sessionof the day.

Equipment hireBadminton racquets and table tennis bats are available for hire.Shuttlecocks and table tennis balls are available to buy.

Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)An outdoor 37x18.5m artificial, floodlit pitch available for hire forgroup sessions and team sports, eg 5-a-side football or rugby.Team changing rooms available.

Grass PitchesLittleborough has two rugby pitches and three football pitches forhire, all full size. Pitches can be hired, on Saturdays and Sundays,with or without changing facilities, per game or per season.

Indoor Climbing WallIndoor climbing sessions are now available under the directionof qualified and experienced instructors from Link4Life’sHollingworth Lake Water Activity Centre.

FitnessLittleborough Sports Centre has an excellent range of over 50resistance and cardio machines with individual TV monitors thatprovide the best in personal entertainment while you train.

Membership OptionsLink4Life Fitness offers a range of all inclusive membershipoptions including off-peak, corporate and L4L EXTRA, from£20.00 a month.

Each gives you access to our fully equipped fitness suite with swimming, aquatics and fitness sessions and sauna and steam rooms, as available, at any of our four centres in Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and Littleborough, plus casual use of the running track at Kingsway Park Sports Centre, Rochdale.

Use of all facilities are available to non-members – just ‘pay asyou go’ for each session you attend. An induction is required.
