DESCRIPTION

This book was created in order to raise awareness about the struggles military families face. What its like to be on the inside. TO have your parents go off to war, or for parents to leave their families back home. This book also serves as a way for those who don't have a family back home to feel appreciated

This was created not only to entertain its audience, but to raise awareness on a topic that is not normal-ly confronted in the house hold. I the author of the book have a special connection with this subject because both of my parents serve in the military. My mother is a commander in the Navy reserve and my father is a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps. Many men and women who serve don’t

receive the amount of appreciation that they should, and their children who stay home don’t get as much help as they need. I hope that with this book I will open up the eyes of Americans and maybe just maybe we can unite to help those who go unnoticed for their everyday service.
