PLOT FINISHES

Each new home is finished with either brick (Bamburgh red brick) or stone (Great Tew Ironstone) or a combination of both materials. All homes on Little Rushes will be finished with natural slate roofs.

LANDSCAPING AND FENCING

The entrance road to Little Rushes is tree lined, leading to an expanse of open space encompassing three large ponds.

Individual driveways and private roads within the development are block paved.
