Ada is a beautiful child that was born on April
17th, 1999. She has 12 years old and she attends
Atilia Mata Freses Elementary Public School in
Limón, Costa Rica. She is in fifth grade with a
curricular accommodation of first grade level.
Her mother, Heilyn Mora
Rosales is a teacher who
works in Valle la Estrella
District.
Her father, René Díaz López
is a bus driver, usually he takes
care of her needs as well as her
brothers’ own.
José Fernando, her eldest
brother, is 10 years old
and he is in fourth
grade.
Dayrin is her youngest
sister, she is 7 years old
and is in second grade.
They attend the same
school and love each
other.
They live in Pacuare Nuevo ward in a
beautiful house, with it’s necessary
arrangements for the family.
Her grandparents and
aunt are aware of her
problem and are willing
to cooperate with the
family issues.

As a family, they enjoy participating in
normal activities to maintain Ada’s love
and happiness.

food which is very
harmful for her
health. She suffers
with obesity

she has.

pain in her

frequently.
She is a very shy
person and likes to be
silent; but when she is
engaged in her
classroom tasks, she
likes to be smiling most
of the time.
Everyone has a learning style according to
their background, genes, family
accommodations and so on. Teachers
need to take it in account and plan in that
atmosphere.
She likes to be playing
with her color
pencils, drawing and
coloring. She has a file
with activities to be
done in every lesson.
Ada linguistic
performance is
acceptable in the
listening area. At
home, she usually with
patience does the works
assign for her and
present them to me at
school.
