On this 12th day of May, 1920, the. Board of '.Trustees for the Arkan-sas State Normal School met pursuant to adjournment in the office ofHonorable J.I.Bond, Superintendent of mblie Instruction, with J.L.Bond,L.S.Dunaway, J.T.Frauenthal and A.I.Hutchins present.

Metting called to order by J.L.Bond, chairman, A.L.Eutchins electedSecretary Pro Tern, and the following proceedings were had,

'i'he salary schedule as arranged by president "a.W.Torreyson for 1920and 192i in conformity with resolution of the board heretofore addoptedwas submitted, and on motion of L.S.Dunaway, seconded by Joe Frauentholwas addopted, all present voting aye.

On motion of Joe Prauenthal seconed by L.S.Dunaway the salary of pres-ident 'I'orreyson for ensuing year was fixed at §3.759.00, all presentvoting aye.

i'he faculty for 19EO and 1921 as recommended by President B.W.Tor-reyson was elected as follows,

On motion of Joe Frauenthal, seconded by L.S.Dunaway, President B.W.Torreyson was authorized to expend not exceeding vl25.00 in lightingcampus. All present voting aye.

On motion of A.L.Hutchins, seconed by Joe Frauenthal president B.W.Torreyson was authorized to take a page ad in i»ormal School Manual, costnot to exceed ̂ 22.50.
