The Residence...The design of the 6,000 square foot residence was thoughtfully inspired by Spanish Colonial architecture with California Mission influences. Impeccable attention was paid to scale, color and texture throughout the property, incorporatng custom elements such as handcrafted solid African mahogany doors, reclaimed antique heart pine flooring and handmade Spanish terra cotta tiles. Each piece of ironwork on the property, from theentry gate and front door to the interior railings and decorative pieces, were custom designed and hand forged in Monterrey, Mexico by second and third generation artisans.

The main entry of the home leads to the cloister and the open main living and dining areas. The second floor includes a master suite with river views, his and her bath and access to a riverfront office.
