Small Christmas Eve CookiesKūčiukai Recipe:  Ingredients:2 kg flour30 g yeastSalt2 tea spoon sugarWaterPoopy seeds First melt yeast in one glass of water with sugar. Add salt into the flour, pour water with yeast and sugar, mix it. Add some poppy seeds. Knead dough (like a snake) and cut into the small pieces ( as small stones). Fry in the oven for 35 minutes.

 Ingredients: 1 liter of fresh or frozen cranberries0.5 cups of sugar2 tablespoons of starch2-3 liters of waterCooking time:Crush cranberries with sugar. Pour the mixture into boiling water. Mix starch with water and pour the mixture into the boiling water with cranberries. Heat 5 minutes. Cool it a few minutes and drink it. Enjoy!
