Improvement Description
This site is improved with a single tenant, multi-height, shop building
that contains 12,293 square feet of gross building area. Prior to Walla Walla
Community College Foundation ownership, the building had been utilized as
an automotive sales dealership. The Foundation leased it to the College for use
as the pottery studio.
The single-story, Garco steel frame building has a concrete foundation
with a concrete slab floor. Exterior walls are metal with some decorative brick
façade along the south side and the gable roof has a standing seam metal
covering. The southern section is the old showroom and office area which has
a 10 foot eve height and the shop area has an eve height of 16 feet.

The southern office area has a combination of exposed concrete, vinyl
tile, and wall to wall carpet covered floors and drywall walls. The ceilings are

The shop area (including the kiln room, which has a drywall partition

electric openers), one along the northern side which is 12 feet by 12 feet, and
the western one is 12 feet high by 12 feet wide.
