I regret leaving my fiancé of 10 years. I did this seven years ago and I still feel my sadness deep inside. Everything was going well and we were busy with the preparations of our wedding ceremony. I was sure he was infatuated with me and would always love me like this. However, I was having some problems with his mother. I knew she had always disapproved me as a wife of her son, but my prospective husband didn’t agree with me. Still, I loved him and I was sure to go on. However, it was getting worse and worse as the time for the wedding was reaching. I started to

think that I wouldn’t stand her like that for the rest of my life, so I broke up with him. Now, he is married and happy with two children. Me? I haven’t found the right person yet. Sometimes I find myself thinking what would my life be like, if I hadn’t left him? I should have put up with all the things and given a chance for two of us. But it is too late! Nickname: Amelia, 35

My story is not about my biggest regret but maybe the funniest one! I was only 3-week- pregnant at that time. Thus, I only shared my pregnancy with closest family members. My mum was away from the city at that time, so I didn’t tell the news to her and just waited her to come back. One day at work, I opened my voicemail box and figured out that my mother had sent a congratulatory message! However, the worst part was the message was a voice message and when I opened it, all the company heard it! While I was hiding it from everyone, she announced it to all the company! My father must have given the news to her before me! I shouldn’t have told the news to anybody except my husband. But what happened, and we are safe and sound with my little daughter now! I was in a really good position of a renowned company in the USA. I earned a lot and made loads of money. However, I liked enjoying my life to the full, so I had spent my money unconsciously without worrying about my future! When the retirement was finally at the hand, I was only with my pension.
