Alan Branham - President & CEO of AIM passed away in 2015, making company portfolio available for sale
Alan partnered with prolific Nevada prospector, the late Don Decker to build this property portfolio
Alan had 30 years exploration experience including 20 years with Newmont resulting in several gold discoveries of more than 10M oz gold
He was President and CEO of Midway Gold during the discoveries of new gold deposits at Spring Valley “4.1M oz gold” and Pan “644,600 oz gold”
South Pit 9
Spring Valley deposit sold 2015 for $US 143M
AORERE undertook independent scoping studies that estimate:High grade Indicated gold resources 562,665 tonnes @ 9.2 g/t gold 166,726
oz goldwith additional oxide open pit
 246,878 tonnes @ 3.1 g/t gold 24,760 oz gold
Scoping study estimates net value $US 37.2M, and NPV (8%) $US 18MSS estimates based on $1,200/oz Au; 620,000 tons grading 9.2 g/t Au, mining loss 5%, dilution 10%, recovery 90%.
Details on Scoping Studies are derived from Fondaway Canyon Project Scoping Report, Churchill County, Nevada, USA; prepared for Aorere Resources, Limited, Wellington, New Zealand April 19, 2016 by: Michael Norred, President of Techbase International, Ltd. P.O. Pox 18820; Reno, NV 89511
This Scoping Study is preliminary in nature, it includes indicated mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized;

High grade Inferred gold resources
(not included in base case estimates)
 537,045 tonnes @ 8.8 g/t gold = 152,362 oz gold
with additional oxide open pit
 244,710 tons @ 2.3 g/t gold = 18,070 oz gold
Scoping study estimates a net value of $US 101M, and NPV (8%) $US 54M if these additional resources were includedSS estimates based on $1,200/oz Au; indicated resources of 620,000 tons grading 9.2 g/t Au and inferred resources of 591,824 tons grading 8.8 g/t Au, mining loss 5%, dilution 10%, recovery 90%.

Favourable host rocks, good plumbing system, abundant gold system
600 drill-holes have delineated Indicated and Inferred resources estimated to contain over 361,000 oz gold averaging 7.1 g/t gold
300 intercepts with gold grades 5.1 – 41.1 g/t gold Favourable shale and limestone hosts cut by Eocene dikes and
numerous structures Resource calculated to 130m depth, 2002 drilling showed continuity
of mineralisation to 430m depth, The resource has not been remodelled to include this extension in depth.
50 holes could expand existing resource to 1M oz Quartz-sulphide gold resource - tests show amenable to flotation Multiple exploration targets including near-surface oxide gold Also hosts high grade tungsten – potential additional earnings
Based on Historical Estimates from NI 43‐101 technical report "Proposals to Upgrade South Pit, Deep Dive, Half Moon, Paperweight, and Hamburger Hill to a Measured Gold Resource, Fondaway Canyon, Churchill County, Nevada (Amended); prepared by Strachan, D. CPG; September 2003;
(i) a qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves;(ii) (ii) the issuer is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves

Environmental Studies, Permitting and Social or Community Impact
Drilling and bulk sampling programs that create surface disturbance of less than five acres are “Notice level” activities with Bureau of Land and Mining. The two BLM Notices in the files show these permits can be obtained at Fondaway in a reasonable timeframe. AIM received approval for a trenching and bulk sampling program under BLM Notice NVN-92998 in 2014.
Nevada has an orderly and well-defined permitting process in cooperation with the Federal Government. These range from a Special Use Permit at the County level to an Environmental Assessment (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) at the Federal level. There are no known barriers to these permits at Fondaway Canyon.
Fondaway Canyon Project holds permits to appropriate water from the Nevada Division of Water Resources, Permit No. 52442 & Permit No. 52786. Both have been filed for Extension of Time October 8, 2013.
Stillwater Range Wilderness Study Area
Stillwater Range Wilderness Study Area* (WSA) surrounds the Fondaway Canyon project on three sides.Recommendations have been made to release the entire WSA for purposes other than wilderness. The keyreasons for this being significant mineral and energy potential over the majority of the WSA, and theWSA does not contain features, such as vegetation, scenery, wildlife, geology and historic featuressignificant enough to balance such a loss of opportunities and warrant its designation as wilderness.
*A wilderness study area (WSA) contains ‘undeveloped US federal land retaining its primeval character andinfluence, without permanent improvements or human habitation, and managed to preserve its naturalconditions’.
Key issues that can shorten the permitting timeline: Engage the BLM, Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), and County regulators early. Pay attention to seasonal requirements for baseline studies and to long lead time studies e.g certain plant and
wildlife studies must be done in the spring. If not started on time, a full year will be lost.

What are Carlin gold deposits? Sediment-hosted (calcareous ) disseminated gold deposits
Named after the first large deposit of this type in Nevada. Huge (e.g. Goldstrike 35M oz gold) and hosted in rock-types characteristic of Fondaway
Carlin potential under pediment A pediment is a very gently sloping inclined bedrock surface
typically slopes down from the base of a steeper retreating escarpment, covered with shallow alluvial gravels.

Estimated that 140 holes could expand existing resource to over 1 million ounces of resource reserve (down-dip and in-resource)
Quartz-sulphide gold resource - met tests show sulphides amenable to flotation
The project also hosts high grade tungsten – great potential for additional earnings
