RETURNED GOODS:No material may be returned to us without first receiving writtenapproval. We require full information with respect to any goodsclaimed defective for which authority to return is desired,including our invoice number which covers the original shipmentand reason for return. Handling and transportation charges must beprepaid on all shipments of returned goods.

Our receiving department will not accept goods which areshipped "Collect." Where returns are accepted, a deduction of25% will be made lor rehandiing, unless the equipment is foundto be defective by our inspection.

LOSS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:The liability of ADAMS MANUFACTURING CO. ceases upondelivery to pick-up carrier at our factory. Claims for damaged orlos! in transit goods to be made by consignee against thedelivering carrier.
