Welcome to my List BuildingBlueprint...What I've done in this Blueprint PDF is boil down the essence of everythingthat I've learned about building responsive email lists (and making moneyfrom them) since I started out 17 years ago. This is my working "mind map" ofthe entire process.

It’s pretty crazy － when I started building my first email list so many yearsago, I never could have dreamed that one day I would be teaching it to tensof thousands of entrepreneurs in all kinds of different businesses.

I was just working away in my little one-person, home-based business in alittle niche market. I was a stay-at-home dad, and I was desperate tosomehow make a little bit of extra cash to help support my family.

And for some reason, even way back in the 90's, I just intuitively realized thatgetting someone to visit my website wasn't going to do me any good － Ineeded to get them to join my email list.

And that one thought － that I always needed to focus on building my list －has made all the difference.

The results came slowly at first... I would get one new person on my list everythree or four days. Then that slowly increased until I was averaging one newsubscriber per day. And then that built up to three per day, then 10 per day,then 30 per day…

And all of a sudden I was in business. I was adding nearly 1,000 subscribersper month, and I "suddenly" had some serious marketing power. It was like Ihad the keys to the kingdom － and I could generate traffic and salesevery time I sent out an email.

It was literally a "cash-on-demand" situation... and frankly, I was completelyamazed.

And I want you to experience that same power.

The funny thing is, when I started I had no marketing or sales experience. Ijust started doing things my way － and I figured that everyone else must be

doing the same things I was doing. Little did I know that the results I wasgetting were WAY beyond normal...

Eventually, when I realized that my results were definitely NOT typical, Istarted teaching my methods... that was around 2005. First it was just for afew friends, and then eventually to the general public. Along the way I startedteaching my "Product Launch Formula®", and that literally changed the waystuff is sold online. (I know that last part sounds crazy, and it's almost hard forme to say it since I try to stay humble… but it is what it is.)

Fast forward to today... and it's shocking, but since I started teaching peoplehow to build their businesses online my students and clients have donemore than $1 billion in sales.

I still can’t believe this all started from my homemade desk that was jammedinto the corner of the baby’s changing room!

It’s been really cool watching my students succeed in almost every marketyou can think of, including a bunch of markets that I had never even heardof…

I’m talking about everything from "handwriting analysis" to "tax preparation"to "pet first aid" to "how to write a novel" to "horse ballet" to "holstein cowembryos" to "marching band accessories" to "coaching youth soccer" to"business coaching in Poland"... and on and on and on.

And I never would have imagined that people would be using my stuff allover the world... from Europe and the UK to Asia to Africa to South andCentral America… and of course in Australia and New Zealand. And obviously...in the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico.

The funny thing is that this all started out with one thought － that aboveall else, I needed to focus on getting people to join my email list. That thepower was in the list, and in my relationship with that list…

Who could have imagined where that thought would lead to?

It’s been a wild ride, and I’ve been very blessed to be able to share my workwith so many amazing entrepreneurs. I love teaching this stuff and I lovehelping entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

(And I especially love it when people are able to start a business and quit theirjobs – those are the all-time favorite emails that I receive!)

My Final Thoughts on You and YourList...I truly hope that this Blueprint has opened your eyes to a whole new way ofthinking about your business and your marketing. Because once you start toput these strategies and tactics into your business, then life will never be thesame again for you. You will have a level of freedom and control over yourfinances and your lifestyle that you never dreamed of...

So now the important thing is for you to get started... because that's the placewhere I've seen most people get stuck. Once you actually start to build yourlist, and you start to see those subscribers come in (no matter how slowly itstarts), then you are on your way.

Remember that no one starts with a big list. And that every list starts with thevery first subscriber. That's how all of my lists started – with subscriber #1. Andeven starting with that very first subscriber, I've been able to build lists of tensof thousands of subscribers… and I've done it over and over, and in multiplemarkets.

It's not because I've got some magical skill – it's only because I followed theexact process that I shared with you in this Blueprint. I started at thebeginning and built from there.

So if you’re ready to take control of your marketing, your business, your life...then it's time to start building your list. It’s time to take control.
