The meeting of the Complaints Committee on Sexual Harassment of Ashoka EducationFoundation's Ashoka Center for Business and Computer Studies (ACBCS)was held on 9th July2015 in the cabin of Dr. Praveena S. Muley, Principal-ACBCS and Chairperson of theCommittee. The meeting was attended by Mrs. Sarita Dhawale, Faculty-ACBCS & Ms.Vandana Sharma, Faculty-ACBCS as a Members.

1. Chairperson welcomed all the participants of the meeting.

2. Chairperson pointed out that the committee has not received any complaint of

sexual harassment in the college as on date. There is also no information on such

case related to this college pending with the Court.

3. The Chairperson suggested that college may organize a seminar by inviting all

women employees of ACBCSwith the guests from NGOs as well as speakers from

outside on 8th March 2016 in connection with 'International Women's Day'. The

Committee agreed to this suggestion.

4. The Chairperson expressed her thanks to all participants and the members agreed

that the committee will meet every quarter on a regular basis. The next meeting of

the committee will be held in the 4th week of September, 2015.

5. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.

The meeting of the Complaints Committee on Sexual Harassment of Ashoka Education

Foundation's Ashoka Center for Business and Computer Studies (ACBCS) was held on 11th

September 2016 in the cabin of Dr. Archana Ghatule, Principal-ACBCS and Chairperson of

the Committee. The meeting was attended by Mrs. Sarita Dhawale, Faculty-ACBCS & Mrs.

Harsha Patil, and Faculty-ACBCS as Members.

1. Chairperson welcomed all the participants of the meeting.

2. Chairperson pointed out that the committee has not received any complaint of sexual

harassment in the college pending with the court.

3. As per discussions in last meeting, it was decided that one session on "Women & her

Rights" should be organised by guest from NGO.

4. The Chairperson expressed her thanks to all participants and the members agreed that

the committee will meet every quarter on regular basis. The next meeting of the

committee will be held in 4th week of September 2016

5. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the chair.

The session of the Complaints Committee on Sexual Harassment of Ashoka Education

Foundations' Ashoka Center for Business and Computer Studies (ACBCS) was held on

28th July 2017 at 9:30 am in seminar hall. The meeting of attended by below mention

faculty. The session was conducted by Mrs. Manisha Bhamre Ma'arn. They explain what

is vishakha sameti & Explain Sexual Harassment Act also. In this session all girls of FY,

SY,TY BBA, BCA, and BCS are participated.

1. Chairperson welcomed all the participants of the meeting.

2. Chairperson pointed out that the committee has not received any complaint of

sexual Harassment in the college pending with the court.

3. The chairperson expressed her thanks to all participants and the members

agreed that the committee will meet every quarter on regular basis. The next

meeting of the committee will be held in 4th week of October 2017.
