    Linwood Gardens, graced with an oasis of Grecian-

    the keystone state. Get lost in the gardens maze

    of flowers and Secret Garden-esque foliage. The

    carefully manicured labyrinth offers a playful first

    look location.

    Linwood Estates Bridal Parlor was custom designed

    with the art of pampering in mind. Located on the

    second floor of Linwood Mansion, you and your

    bridesmaids will experience the serenity of a salon

    atmosphere accented with personal details. Your

    maids can relax in the parlors full lounge as you

    prepare for the big day at your pesonal vanity.

    The Bridal Parlor is completed with a full en-suite

    bathroom and countless windows for the perfect

    amount of natural light for your special days

  • CEREMONY, COCKTAIL AND RECEPTION VENUES Exclusive use of your choice of location for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for a total of 6 hours on the day of the event. This time is allotted for a 1 hour ceremony and a 5 hour

    reception including a cocktail hour. Access to the property begins at 11am and all events must end by 11:30pm. Locations include:

    The North or East Lawns, Linwood Gardens, Linwood Mansion, the heated Blue Mountain Terrace, and The Appalachian Ballroom with

    Ballroom Overlook. Clients receive full access to the entire first floor of Linwood Mansion during the event, which includes 6 rooms,

    1 ADA bathroom and access to the heated Blue Mountain Terrace

    CHANGING AREAS Access to The Bridal Parlor for the Bride and her bridesmaids to get ready beginning at 11am. The Bridal Parlor is located on the second floor of Linwood Mansion and is equipped with en-suite bathroom, lounge area (located on first floor) and hair and

    make-up room. The Groom and groomsmen will have access to The Cottage to get ready for the days events. The Cottage is equipped with

    a shared lounge area with a flat screen TV, a restroom, and a communal kitchenette

    COMPLIMENTARY OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS The Bride and Groom will receive complimentary overnight accommodations the night of the wedding in The Bridal Suite that includes a full en-suite bathroom. Guests can also stay overnight in one

    of Linwood Mansions additional 4 bedrooms, as well as The Cottages 4 bedrooms. Linwood will provide complimentary pastries, breads

    and juices for breakfast. Check-in will be at 11am the day of your event (1pm for additional guests staying at the Estate) and Check-out will

    be at 10am the following day.

    ARRIVALS Parking attendants to manage guest arrivals to Linwood Estates parking lot. Valet parking is available for an additional discounted charge

    CEREMONY SEATING Linwood Estate will provide up to 250 plastic white padded folding chairs

    TABLES AND CHAIRS Linwood Estate will provide up to 250 wooden chiavari chairs with Fruitwood finish and white cushions, and 60 round seating tables for up to 250 guests

    TABLETOP Linwood Estate will provide place settings for 250 guests, including china, glassware, cutlery, Ivory Sparkling linens, and linen napkins

    FOOD AND MENU All catering for Linwood Estate is provided through an exclusive Linwood Caterer. No outside caterer is allowed

    FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE Linwood Estate will provide a professional wait staff and bartenders to ensure flawless service throughout the night for you and your guests

    WEDDING VENUE CONCIERGE Access to Linwood Estates wedding venue concierge to help with event timeline and catering details

    VENDORS Access to an elite preferred vendors list provided by Linwood Estate

    Linwood Estate will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings of event guests.

    Children of all ages are welcomed guests; however, children under 12 are to be supervised by an adult at all times. Linwood

    Estate will not be responsible for the care of or supervision of children.

    The paying guest is responsible for the safety of all equipment and other property owned by Linwood Estate and is liable for such

    if it is lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced.

    Decorations may not be attached to or adhered in any way to the building inside or out unless approved by Linwood Estate.

    Linwood Estate has a participating vendors list which is intended to help our clients with that process. With the exception of our

    designated caterer, you may select any vendor you choose whether or not they appear on our participating vendor list.

    Each outside vendor must provide their own equipment to perform the necessary functions of their job including tables,

    extension cords, etc.

    You may also elect to hire a professional wedding coordinator as Linwood Estates representatives will not manage your outside

    vendors. It is our pleasure to work with, but not oversee, your outside vendors. Linwood Estate is not responsible for outside

    vendors with regard to quality or pricing of services they provide.

    You purchase your own alcohol for your reception, and it will be served through Linwoods exclusive caterer. This actually saves

    our clients a tremendous amount of money by avoiding a hefty bar tab at the end of the event. Linwood Estate is fully insured in

    a liquor host capacity and the designated caterer has been permitted by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to serve alcohol

    at your event.

    Linwood Estate only permits professional bar service from our exclusive Linwood Caterer. This also means wine and/or other

    alcohol may not be placed in opened bottles on the tables for consumption. Kegs, bottled beer, wine, cocktails and cordials are

    permitted on the property (if arranged through designated caterer) while shots of alcohol are not.

    All bar service for wedding receptions must be concluded 30 minutes prior to the receptions end, while sodas, coffee and tea

    may remain available during the last 30 minutes of the reception.

    Guests are prohibited from taking alcoholic beverages off the premises during the event. Exceptions are made for unopened

    containers if gifted by the paying guest.

    50% of the venue rental fee is due at the signing of the contract to secure your event date; 3 months before your wedding date, the remaining 50% of the venue fee is due as well as 75% of the catering costs; 20 business days before your wedding date, the

    final payment of the remaining balance is due (25% of the catering costs). We accept payment in cash, check or certified check.
