Members first InMail enables recruiters to attract the best passive candidates and to those last to find the job of their lives To better attract those candidates recruiters need to write customized messages, according to background, interest, network of candidates But there are still a lot of recruiter that send bulk mails not customized: that creates a lot of noise for our members = Members are NOT first! 41. Users who fall below this threshold more than once will be unable to use bulk InMail feature in Recruiter for a period of 14 days. Users can still reach out to prospects through 1-1 InMails.
