create. I am essentially self-employed as an insurance sales executive for SMG Insurance. We are an independent insurance agency representing over 30 companies and I have been with SMG since 1996. I specialize in business general liability, property, workers compensation and group health insurance.
Earning loyalty from clients is my primary objective because the foundation of my business is long term relationships. I am interested in people as business owners and individuals and I understand building loyalty and trust is a continual process and is not defined by a single transaction. My highest responsibility as an agent is advising my clients of the best avenues for protecting their assets.

McLellan & Gilbreath, Inc.) Insurance industry October 1996 – Present (13 years) As an account executive I am responsible for client development
and loyalty as well as new business development and production. This is accomplished through a detailed process of business analysis, extensive data collection, research on products available that provide solutions to issues and needs, comparison of markets available and pricing. This is a business to business sales and marketing process on both ends of the transaction; from agency to prospective client and from agency to insurance marketplace. New business development is accomplished by involvement in various trade associations and involvement on executive committees which provides personal and corporate name recognition.
