Linguistica LLC was created to provide world-class English and Spanish classes for local communities at an affordable price. We seek to be the market leader in English and Spanish language instruction within our chosen markets.

Our mission is to help the growing Hispanic population learn English in less than 3 months so that they can immediately seek better employ-ment, move up the career ladder and communicate better with family members. Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I get paid? Commissions will split 50/50 - half paid at the comple-tion of the sale, half paid at the end of the summer selling season.

Ideally, paychecks will be direct de-posited into your bank account. If you wish, paper checks can be distributed as well. Pay periods end on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and checks arrive on the 5th and the 20th. You will be paid for every fully completed sale that has a contract dated within the pay period.

What interaction do I have with stu-dents after they sign up? Until your students walk in the door of their first class, they’re your babies. Know them and what’s going to get them to class. Keep them motivated and help them remember the specifics of when and where their class is. Current students are also a great source for referrals.

What is a completed sale? A completed sale is a fully completed contract with payment in full. Complete payment is either a charged credit or debit card, check, or cash.

Do I get to pick my team? Sure! If there’s an area you’d like to work in or a person you’d like to be on the same team with, simply let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll coordinate with the area sales manager to make it happen. We do, however, expect that you will work only in your assigned area according to direction provided by your team leader or area sales manager.

Do I have to speak Spanish? Our prima-ry target audience are native Spanish speakers who have interest in English classes. Spanish speaking salesmen have more opportunities to work and sell. We do offer beginning Spanish lessons for native English speakers, and no Spanish language skills are re-quired.

What do I do each day? Each day will begin with a training meeting, followed by transportation to the area in which you’ll be selling for that day. Your main responsibility is to knock doors and in-teract with members of the communi-ty in your assigned area until 9:30 pm. You will submit your paperwork and any collected payment to your team leader at the end of each day.

Can I take time off or go on vacation? With the opportunity to work with Linguistica, the expectation is that you will work within the scheduling re-quirements that have been set. Special exceptions or emergency situations must be approved by the Linguistica corporate office. Plan on working the entire schedule assigned by your sales manager.

Is there an opportunity for growth within Linguistica? Yes. A rapidly grow-ing company like ours is constantly on the lookout for hard-working, dedi-cated individuals who can help us meet our goals and offer the best product available. We will be on the lookout for all-stars who have proven themselves during the summer sales season.
