By avoiding these drinks, your enamel is less likely to wear down. • Use A Straw: If you cannot give up those carbonated drinks, then at least use a straw. JUNE IS ALL ABOUT PREVENTION

During the summer months we do great damage to our teeth. From the foods we eat, the drinks we drink, and even the activities we choose to do. Let’s face it, summer is great for our souls, but hard for our teeth.

Preventative care is a large factor in maintain-ing healthy teeth and gums. We want your smile looking and feeling the best, that is why we are here, to help you with your oral wellness.

We recommend that you follow your recare frequency as recommended by your hygienist. These check-ups address any dental issues be-fore they create any damage that can change your summer plans dramatically.

WHY SUMMER IS SO HARD ON YOUR TEETH

Prevention is not just coming to visit us, it is also at-home care as well. By brushing and flossing your pearly whites, you decrease your chances of oral diseases and health conditions that affects other parts of your body.

We want summer to be filled with fun and pain free. The easiest way is to schedule your pre-ventative appointment before the summer fun gets out of control!

Call us at 651-769-1000 to schedule your rou-tine check-up and cleaning.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
