How the currency works• Citizens and organisations are rewarded with
‘points’ = revive and activate this ‘idle’ capacity
• Points can be used to buy items or services offered by the municipality = search for low marginal cost, fits with the local policy goals
• IT solution, central database (300.000 households)
• Connection with the National Register (e-ID card)
• Authentication through e-ID card• Web shop technology
