DESCRIPTION

Lilliam E. DeJesus of Dallas Georgia filed for Bankruptcy on September 16th. Lilliam is best known for her criminal conduct in the Headband LLC scam. Dejesus and accomplices scammed a network of businesses out of hundreds of thousands of dollars while simultaneously taking money from consumers without providing product or service for the funds received. She regularly mislead authorities stating she was only the company controller or director of operations, but in reality she owned each and every shell corporation. This bankruptcy notice is was filed to fend off the numerous lawsuits filed against her.
