How many of you have been struggled with a problem for days?

As programmers is something that happen to us ALL the time.

● Sometimes I spended 1, 2, 3 days stuck in a problem. Working very hard, sleeping just a little... with no any result.

● Finally I gave up... and take a nap.● When I weakup suddenly I got a solution, I do a

little try... and works!● Then I just spend a few hours,or minutes to get

the problem solved.

I realised...(also influenced for people studied about)

And right here, right now, we are brothers and sisters on this planet, here to make the world a better place. And in this moment we are perfect, we are whole and we are beautiful.

I am."* And as soon as my left hemisphere says to me "I am," I become separate. I become a single solid individual, separate from the energy flow around me and separate from others.

How we can connect more with the right side of the brain?

● Sports● Meditation● Yoga● Tai-Chi● Martial Arts (non violents)● Doing Arts● Having cleaning thoughts● Beeing healthy● Spend some time doing nothing

(specifically)● Socialize and connect with others.● Having a balanced life

It that means we should not work? ● Thomas Alva Edison, uses to

say:“Genius is one percent inspiration and

ninety-nine percent perspiration.”

● So... in my opinion: is not related with to NOT work hard, but It's about to have a balanced life.

Basically... enjoying what do you do, do something different and living

less stressed ;-)
