• 294 participants claimed that they are currently using the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters.
• 37 participants plan to use the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters in one month.
• 8 participants plan to use the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters in six months.
• 47 participants claimed that they lost weight during the course of the MYWOH program.
• 270 participants claimed that they successfully maintained their weight during the course of the MYWOH program.
• 92.15% of the 344 respondents were successful at losing or maintaining their weight using the MYWOH e-newsletters!

NATIONAL START WALKING DAY (NSWD)APRIL 1ST, 2015
• According to AHA 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women are at risk of heart disease.
• NSWD helps to incorporate walking into daily lives, especially at the workplace
• Suggestions:– Conduct walking meeting– Wear bright/fun colored
clothes/shoes– Post important facts about
walking at workplace

• Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy healthy snacks, arts
and crafts, wading pool, sports and activities
