1.SCOPE:
The scope of the calculation is to design the lighting for sea water in take pump house with the given
illumination level.
2.REFERENCE:
1.IS:3646-code of practice for illumination
2.Cromton greaves lighting catalouge
3.Sizing criteria as per CI.NO.B7.9.9 of contract technical specification no.B7.9-illumination system.
The Lighting calculation have been carried out for the following area in sea water in take pump house and
jetty based on the lux level requirement as tabulated below.
