Before you order:To ensure that you get the correct parts, be certainwhether your L-50 pallet jack is a standardmodel or one of the lowered-height models(MINI or CHEP).

Note: Some of the parts for standard L-50 palletjacks are different from those for the low-profile jacks, theL-50 Mini and the L-50 CHEP (also known as 4-way); and some of the parts forthe Mini jacks are different from those for the CHEP jacks.These parts are not interchangeable.

The label on your jack will not tell you which kind you have.You must measure the load rollers. Load rollers on standard L-50 jacks are 3” indiameter, load rollers on L-50 Mini jacks are 2” in diameter, load rollers on L-50CHEP (4-way) jacks are 1-3/4” in diameter. Measure the load rollers and makesure which kind of jack you have before ordering parts.

Note:The handle bracket, item 63, isincluded in the handle assembly,and is not sold separately.

Note:Item 31 can be eithera hex head or anallen head.

Newer style:Steer wheel axle is 25mm OD,serial #62500 and higher.

Note:Newer style trucks have a recesson the top of the traverse whichrequires a spacer (item 36).Models with the older styletraverse do not require this part.

Older style:Steer wheel axle is 1” OD,serial #62499 and lower.(OEM wheel uses a 1” roller bearing,not a ball bearing.)
