Lifes Greater at the TopRULES AND REGULATIONS

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility

Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (includingD.C.) ("Participant(s)" or "Entrant(s)"). Participants must be 18 years of age and older as oftime of entry into the Contest. Employees, officers, and directors of Pocono MountainsVisitors Bureau ("Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau" or "Sponsor") and their advertisingagencies are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Subject to all applicable federal,state, municipal and local laws and regulations.

Winners of the Runner Up Prizes (Prize levels 1 - 5 below) are not eligible to win anotherRunner Up prize but will still be eligible to win the first Grand Prize (Prize level 6 below). Allentrants will be eligible to win Prizes 7-9.

Participation & EntriesTo enter, visit Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau's Facebook Page (The "Website"),http://www.facebook.com/PoconoTourism, complete the online entry form, agree to acceptthe terms of the Official Rules, and submit (the "Entry"). The contest period will end when25,000 fans are reached. No entries will be accepted after that time. Limit one entry pervalid email address.

PrizeThe prize structure is centered around the total number of Facebook Fans on PoconoMountains Visitors Bureaus page.

7 22,000 Ten (10) fans will win one (1) spatreatment at a spa in the PoconoMountains

8 23,500 Five (5) fans will win multiple spatreatments at a spa in the Pocono

Mountains9 Grand Prize 2 25,000 One (1) fan will win an overnight stay

for two (2) at a resort in the PoconoMountains, two (2) $100 spa vouchers,breakfast for two (2), and dinner for (2)

Prize RestrictionsPrizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of Prizes allowed. Anyexpenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prizes not specified are theresponsibility of the prize recipients.

Prize NotificationsAll Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours after thedrawing. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, PoconoMountains Visitors Bureau will award the applicable prize to an alternate Winner byrandom drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winners will also beannounced on Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureaus Facebook page after the winnersidentities are verified.

Winners have two weeks from the day they are notified to respond to the PoconoMountains Visitors Bureau with their mailing address. If a winner fails to respond, their

prize will be forfeited.

Prizes will be shipped to Winners at the expense of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau.

Publicity, Advertising and MerchandisingExcept where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant's andWinner's irrevocable consent and release to Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau,subsidiaries and affiliated companies to use, record, reproduce, publish, display, performand translate: (1) the name, likeness, voice, quotations, opinions biographical informationand any content submitted by Participant, including without limitation any photograph orrecording, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or

consideration, and/or for any other commercial or non-commercial corporate purpose,including without limitation use on merchandise or for marketing, without attribution orfurther payment or compensation to the Entrant, his/her successors or assigns or anyother entity.

Additional TermsSponsor assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or softwaremalfunctions, or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical orhuman failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect orinaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any suchinformation, or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly

or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant's participation in the Contest or receipt oruse or misuse of any Prize. Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau, at its sole discretion,reserves the right to cancel or modify or suspend this Contest or disqualify any Participantif fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs,tampering, unauthorized intervention), or any other causes beyond the control of PoconoMountains Visitors Bureau that Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau determinescompromises the integrity of the Contest. By participating, each eligible Participant agreesto a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau which shallbe final in all respects; and b.) releases, discharges and holds harmless PoconoMountains Visitors Bureau its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, andemployees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the

Contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize. Participants alsofurther acknowledge that Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau and its parent, subsidiaries,affiliates, officers, directors, and employees have neither made, nor are in any mannerresponsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied,in fact or in law relative to any Prize of this Contest including but not limited to quality,condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

DisputesExcept where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims andcauses of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Prize awarded shallbe resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the

United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania or the appropriate statecourt located in Monroe County, Pennsylvania; (2) any and all claims, judgments andawards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associatedwith entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstanceswill Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim,indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, otherthan for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multipliedor otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of theEntrant and Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construedin accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any

choice of law or conflict of law rules.
