Last Modified 062714 LifePlan & StratOp Style Guide Introduction This document serves as the standard styles for customized StratOp and Lifeplan documents. The intent of this document is to provide consistency between each customized document. Each StratOp(SO) and Lifeplan (LP)document may look differently based on the facilitator and the client, but the standard flow of the templates should be used as the guide to document flow. Naming Convention The StratOp and LifePlan each have a “starting point” template that can be used to transcribe a customized StratOp and LifePlan. Each template document has a date in the file name to communicate the last modified date of that specific template. EXAMPLE: LifePlan 6.27.14 This date can be removed from the file name once transcribing has started. Each file name should start with the client’s name/company/title followed by the document type. EXAMPLE: Kim Edmond LifePlan.doc or Kim Edmond LifePlan POAP.doc Note: There should be no space within the word “LifePlan” or “StratOp” and the P and O within those words should be capitalized. Document Titles LifePlan LifePlan POAP StratOp StratOp POAP Margins Each LifePlan and StratOp have the same standard margins, and in the templates they are set at: Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Gutter 0.5” Header and Footer set at 0.3”
