Manages new business administration, from proposaltake-on to contract issue, including rule-basedunderwriting checks based on a questionnaire andbody mass index calculation

Supports scheduled event processing, includingbilling and collection of premiums, and thegeneration of overdue and anniversary reminders

Manages contract servicing, handling major andminor alterations to in-force policies, includingsingle premium top-ups, fund switches andpremium re-direction for unit-linked products

Also, easily manages claims and regular out-

payments, including settlements arising frommaturity, death, full or partial surrender, waiver ofpremium, disability income benefit, vesting /retirement or immediate annuities.

LIFE/400 also provides quality financial reporting

via a fully integrated general ledger sub-system. An

integrated XML-based printing solution produces

Adobe PDF format documents, that can be

generated in real-time or in batch processing, as
