PRODUCT SUPPORT MISSION
The B/E Aerospace Life Support Systems
Product Support Organization is the
focal point between the Operator
and the Life Support Systems
(LSS) global locations, with
a primary goal of ensuring
customer satisfaction with
the LSS in-service products.

Our goal is to provide responsive and competent operator support in all of the following areas:
• Technical support• Spares support• Technical publications• Training• Repair services
To accomplish this, our product support organization coordinates the support of other LSS functions, leverages the global B/E Field Service Organization, and manages an efficient web-based interface for operators.

ON-LINE GLOBAL SUPPORT / PUBLICATION ACCESSB/E Aerospace website: beaerospace.com All technical and publication inquiries are to be initiated through our global customer support website. A significant amount of information may be obtained or requested on the B/E Aerospace website at beaerospace.com. From the B/E Home page, select the “global support” link. There you will find multiple options for your support needs.
• To launch an on-line request for technical assistance select the “Technical Request“ link and provide the requested information. Our goal is to respond to your request within one business day. To aid in this, please include as much supporting information as possible.
• To initiate a request for a B/E publication select the “Publication Request“ link. This directs you to our publication request form which may be used to request a specific publication.
• If you are not certain which publication you require, select the “Search Publication Index” link. Each technical publication index is organized by product line.
• To locate the LSS publication you require, select the “Oxygen“ link. This will show a drop-down menu with links labeled as “16827 CMM“, “16827 SBs & SILs“, “D1379 CMM & SBs SILs“.
• Select the link appropriate to your needs and utilize the data cross referenced by part number or part number series to identify the document reference number your require.
• Utilize this specific document reference number to complete the publication request form.

How do I, as an aircraft owner or operator, get a quotation for a new item?
Satair, the LSS master distributor of B/E Aerospace, provides access to aftermarket spares in all situations, i.e., routine, expedite, AOG. To initiate an AOG request contact our master distributor, Satair. The contact information for all Satair locations may be found on page 14 of this publication.
