Who Does LIFE Serve?
• Residents of the LIFE service area who are 55 years old or older
• Are clinically eligible as determined by the Area Agency on Aging
• Meet financial eligibility requirements or be willing to pay privately
• Able to live safely in the community with services from LIFE
• Willing to receive services through LIFE

Software Implementation
• Paper documentation was completed during the development of the 1st LIFE Center in Chambersburg.
• Homeworks was introduced in 2010, but was not able to meet the needs of the LIFE Center independently for compliance
• Powerworks was implemented in 2011 as a supplement for compliance of LIFE/PACE documentation.
