    Introduction

Simply speaking, an armation is a statement oTruth that asserts God is in charge o our lives.

This special booklet inspirational articles andshowcases proound armations rom Unitys longhistory o positive thought and prayer to give you a

better understanding o the powerul eect they canhave.

Charles Fillmore, coounder o Unity, oncewrote: A thing is not true because we state it, nordoes it become true by repeated arming. We state itand arm it because it is true. We are simply aligning

ourselves with principle. The use o armations doestend to impress them on our minds so that in time wetend to react armatively to situations. The same ruleholds as in the learning o multiplication tables by roteeventually they become a part o our consciousness. Some think that an armation is the way to make

something what it is not. No, it is the means by whichwe become conscious o that which eternally is.

When a positive statement o aith is combinedwith the practice o prayer, the resulting armativeprayer can be lie-altering. For example, the statementI am a child o God, when used together with a prayer

or healing, becomes a powerul armation:As a childo God, I am whole, well, and ree through the healingpresence o God within. When prayed, these simple words

will become indelibly ingrained into your spiritualawareness.

With armative prayer, we can acknowledge and

give thanks to God or being the Source o all that wecould ever need. By doing so, we are acknowledging thesacred bond we shareGod is one with us.

We hope you enjoy this booklet and invite youto try using armations in your spiritual routine i youdont already. Harness the power o prayer and welcome

the good results in your lie!

    Arming With FaithBy Karrin Scapple

a.fr.ma.tion 1. The act o arming or the state o beingarmed; assertion. 2. Something declared to be true; apositive statement or judgment.

As theAmerican Heritage Dictionary states, anarmation is the act o arming something that isdeclared to be true. Many o us use armations. In act, many o us repeat armations on a daily basis, as i theprocess itsel is the key to creating the good in our lives.

Yet, we do not always ully understand the spiritualmeaning behind an armation.

Using the dictionary denition, we may armsomething over and over again, and yet still see nopositive result. What the dictionary denition ails toinclude is that in order or an armation to maniest

itsel in our lives we must allow divine process to becomean active element in the operation. I we really believethat there is only one Presence and one Power active inthe universe and in our livesGodthen how can thearmation process work without including Gods spiritin the transormation?

To include Spirit means to release our humanthoughts o lack and limitation, to let go o our worriesand concerns, and to be in what the late Unity minister

and author Eric Butterworth reerred to as the fow.Being in the fow means being open and willing toreceive the guidance and the power and the majesty

o Spirit in everything that we do, we think, and wespeak. Being in the fow gives us the opportunity torelease our supposed need to control situations, people, and ourselves, and allows us to acknowledge the Spiritwithin us that is truly the guiding light o our lives.

When we arm: I am healthy and whole, we

should do it as i we were blowing an autumn lea gentlyinto the breeze. We hold onto the armation only longenough to release it into the eternal wonders o Spirit.

We release it into what Unity coounder Charles Fillmorecalled the ethersthe divine substance o which allthings are created. Once we release our armation, we

truly let it go. It is only as we release it that God canwork through us and through every situation in our livesto bring into maniestation our highest good.

This requires aith. Now aith is the assuranceo things hoped or, the conviction o things not seen(Heb. 11:1). Faith is that power within each one o us

that allows us to believe in the possibilities even thoughwe cannot see any evidence o ulllment.

Charles Fillmore reers to aith as the powerto do the seemingly impossible. The key word here isseemingly. Just because something looks as i it cannothappen does not mean that it can or cannot occur. We

know that there is nothing beyond Gods ability to heal,to correct, and to solve. When we allow ourselves torelease human control, when we allow ourselves to

  • 8/22/2019 Life Changing Words

    9/48

    9

arm the seemingly impossible, then we open the wayor Divine Spirit to work in our lives.

I must speak, so that I may nd relie (Job

32:20). An armation is a way or us to realign ourselveswith God. It is a process that allows us to be rereshed inthe understanding that we are spiritual beings. It is notsucient to simply arm something to be true unlesswe truly believe in the divine process that turns thearmative statement into maniestation.

Once we speak the truth with aith, once werelease the situation to God, and once we align ourselveswith the divine presence within us, then we are in thefow o Spirit. Only then can our armations becomemaniestations o truth in our lives.

    Te Spirit o truth

is now here, guiding meinto all truth.

What a DierenceArmations Make!By Mary Wood

Armations can change your lie. They certainly

have changed mine!My story begins on January 21, 1989. I was

attending a Bob Proctor seminar in Toronto, Ontario, entitled Born Rich. I thought it was about makingmoney, but I ound out I was wrong about that. It washow to live your lie spiritually, intellectually, and

physically. As I listened to Bob, at a gut level I knew what

he was talking about, even though Id never heard theinormation beore. The awe and wonder rom thisexperience o knowing is still with me. Even thoughthere were over 300 people in the room, I thought he

was talking just to me. I let the seminar ocusing onthese ve words that would start me on an incredible

journey: My mind controls my body.

Ater the seminar, I drove back home in silence, captured by these words. Then the light came on! I donthave to stutter anymore fashed into my mind. Its vital to

understand that I had stuttered or almost 50 years. Overthe years, I had taken speech therapy, which had helpedto a degree, but I still stuttered. The ear associated with

    14/48

    14

stuttering still loomed large or me. I had come to believethat stuttering would always be a part o my lie.

    Then, more understanding quickly ollowed

that initial fash. My mind controls my body. What Ithink about, I bring about. There is hope or me and mystuttering. By the time I arrived home, I had received theinsights I needed to begin my new journey.

The time o silence in the car had given birth toa thought that would change my lie. In the silence, my

heart and my mind were open. I had received guidancethat my soul knew I was ready or. These lie-changingwords and ideas did not come rom my senses, but romdeep within my heart. God was at work in my lie and Iwas ready to listen.

It was rom this point orward that I knew my

guidance would come rom within. Instinctively, I knewthis would be a time o listening and waiting. At rst, mymain ocus wasuency. This had been my dream or along time. I started to pay close attention to my thoughtsbeore I spoke. Surprisingly, I ound they were ocusedon stuttering. Stuttering was a sel-ullling prophecy!

I was literally maniesting my thoughts, bringing to liewhat I was thinking about. My thoughts were not or myhighest and best good. What an awesome discovery!

It was time to change the thoughts I was thinking.Armations came to the rescue! I wrote I am so happynow that I am relaxed and my speech is fuent 70 times

in the morning and evening or six months! Armativethought was a 24/7 job. Positive thoughts were slowlyreplacing the lielong, ear-lled negative ones.

    15

Then one morning I looked in the mirror andasked mysel, Why dont you like to stutter? I hadnever asked that beore. My answer came immediately,

I think someone wont like me because I stutter. Ihad nally unearthed the deep-down causeear orejection. This was the root o enormous ear that Icarried with me every day. In that moment, the ocus omy journey changed rom fuency to sel-worth. The earo rejection had kept hurts rom the past alive. It hadnot allowed me to live in the present moment. It hadnot allowed me to say what I wanted to say. It had notallowed me to be who I am.

Once more I knew I had to change my thoughts.Armations came to the rescue again. Ill alwaysremember one that touched a special place in my heart.

I am love, I am joy, I am enough! I sang these words, Iwrote them out, I said them over and over again. Slowlythe thoughts o unworthiness were replaced by therealization that I am enough, just as I am. As the ear orejection started to leave my lie, stuttering started toleave my lie.

The truth is, we do not get anywhere by justknowing and not doing. I decided to ace the greatestear o my liespeaking in publicand joinedToastmasters where I ound a wonderul, loving supportsystem. Then I stepped way out o my comort zoneagain and started to present sel-esteem workshops.

My journey has aorded me many insights thathave allowed me to be about 95% fuent. Armationshave played an important part in this transormation. I

have traveled in Canada, the United States, and Europespeaking at conerences or people who stutter. It hastaken many days, many months to come to this place. It

has been worth every single moment.I thank God or all the people who have helped

me along the way in my journey. It has been a long walkrom ear to love. When it started on January 21, 1989,I thought it was about fuency. Now I know it is aboutmuch more than that. It is a journey to sel.

I know that stuttering is my git. It did not comewrapped in shiny silver paper with a big red bow. Itcame wrapped in the many layers o my sel-concept.As I unwrap these layers, I nd many gits. Gits such asspeaking with ease, riends all over the world, and thepath to ministry. The greatest git o all is knowing that

I am a beloved child o God. For all o these gits, I ameternally grateul.

The Right Amount o FaithBy Debbie Taylor

Recently I spoke with my longtime riend Jane,

who shared a powerul story with me. She told me thatseven years ago, while living in South Dakota, she wasat the airport headed to New Mexico. At that time,my riend was a proessor in a music department andtraveling to see relatives or the Christmas holidays.

As Jane prepared to board her fight, suddenly

she realized her wallet containing credit cards, cashor Christmas shopping, and identication was gone!Ater extensive searching, it became obvious that herwallet had been stolen. Yes, this unortunate situationnow let Jane aced with two choices. She could allowthis to totally destroy her holidays with amily or she

could begin to practice letting go and letting God beGod in this entire situation. She chose the latter. Shealso immediately began to practice compassion andorgiveness or the thie by using an armation. Herarmation became:

I ully orgive this person. I know that my highest

good will come back to me with the right amount o aith.Jane repeated this armation over and over

until she realized that there was no longer any anger

surrounding the experience or her. While consistentlypracticing this armation, she had completely releasedthe circumstances and moved orward with her lie.

Two weeks ago, Jane called excitedly yelling intothe phone: I opened my mailbox this morning to nd aparcel. Youll never guess what was in theremy wallet, identication, personal notes, and a money order ortheull amount stolen seven years ago and a typed notesaying, I am so sorry I took this rom you at the airport

years ago. I needed money desperately. I have not beenable to go a day without eeling bad about this. Now Ihave righted my wrong. Thank you and God bless youor your assistance that day. Can you believe it? Myarmations really helped.

What is most extraordinary about this story is

that Jane had relocated rom her original South Dakotaaddress, shown on her drivers license at the time o thethet, to her current home in a tiny town in Virginia. How did the thie ever nd her? My riend may neverknow but she did know that her highest good wouldcome back to her with the right amount o aith!

Arming AcceptanceBy Steve MaynardPracticing the presence o God is a moment-by-

moment phenomenon as we walk the path o spiritualawareness in everyday lie. Sometimes we experiencethings that seem too good to be true! At othertimes, we encounter situations that are dicult in theextremeI cant believe this is happening to me! Ourchallenge in these momentsand or all the ones thatall between themis to be consciously connected withDivine Presence.

Using armative prayer that has a here andnow eeling to it greatly enhances our ability to staycontinuously connected. A two-part armation that canbe helpul in this regard is the prayer:

God, I accept things just the way they are.

And I accept things just the way they are not! Amen.

Praying or acceptance shits our ocus roma conrontation with the acts to a connection withthem. As we do this, we begin to come to peace withsituationsand become open to truly seeing God in thecircumstances that surround us. We open ourselves tosee and experience divine order and divine wisdom at

    work in our lives.

We relax and we let go. We become willing tond deeper meaning, spiritual truth that may at rst be

hidden to us. How is God at work here? What is mine tolearn? What is mine to do? What are the choices? Am Iwillingwilling to do what God would have me do?

Accepting is not acquiescing! We are alwaysat the point o choice. Acceptance strengthens ourunderstanding. And, as we gain wisdom, we chooseoptions that are more in alignment with Gods will or us.The power to discern and the reedom to choose are twoo Gods greatest gits to us. As we accept, we see with

the eyes o God, and as we practice Thy will, not mine,be done, we bask in the grace o God. Thank You, God,or Your abiding love that blesses in every way!

    The BanquetBy Linda Livingstone

I remember how Aunt Widgie was challengedwhen the amily would eat out. Wed all get our menusand Aunt Widgie would glance at hers with a slightly

pained expression. What are you all getting? shed askus, rather desperately. Wed tell her and then ask her whatshe wanted. I dont know, shed say. I like the sound othe salmon, but Im not sure. I wonder what would be thebest I more than one person ordered salmon, shedorder it too. When her baked salmon came, she would

barely glance at it. Oh, dear, shed sigh, looking downthe table at ourdinners. Your shrimp scampi looks muchbetter than my dish. I wish Id ordered that instead. Ithappened every time we went out.

Gods banquet Do you ever eel as thoughlie keeps serving you something you dont really want?

Everyone around you seems happy and satised, andyou eel let out? What did you do wrong? Youre a goodpersonkind to elderly people and animalsand yet yousqueak by rom paycheck to paycheck. Your health is notbad but you never eel vibrantly healthyin act, youvealmost orgotten what radiant health eels like. Youre

still holding onto a thin ray o hope or a meaningulrelationship; however, you wouldnt be surprised ilove never came knocking onyourdoor. Youre just not

that lucky. Or smart. Or attractive. You may be at Godsbanquet, but you suspect you might be one o the dogsunderneath the table rather than one o the special guests.

You keep getting the crumbs. It doesnt have to be that way or you or sweet Aunt

Widgie. All you need is to ask or what you wantputyour order in and expect it to be served.

First o all, read the menu. Gods menu is a veryspecial one: There are an innite number o dishes so

you get to choose exactly what you want. However, somepeople get stuck just reading the menu and antasizingabout imagined dishes. These are people who spend moretime reading about God and spirituality than they doexperiencing God and Gods banquet.

So choose what you want and ask or it. Its not a

one-time oer. Gods east is continuous, 24/7. Ater youveordered, know its on its way. No need to eel anxiousyour order will not all through a crack in the kitchen. Theche will not mess up. Everything you order will be served.Guaranteed. When the dish comes, give thanks and eat.You can even order another dishor even a combo platter.

There is no end to the supply.Whats the secret? Aunt Widgie wants to know.

Armations, I tell her. Armations are the wayto put your order in.

How do you do armations? she asks me timidly.

Like this, I tell her. You start by deciding whatyou want. Ask yoursel. Tune in to your wisdom centeryour intuition. I youre not sure beore you sit down,

Aunt Widgie looks a bit doubtul. Will it work?she asks me.

Its not magic, I tell her. Its an armation othe Truth about your kneesthe absolute Truthnot thelimited, transitory, human appearance. When you state theTruth about anything, you activate the creative energy eld(Gods kitchen) and you discover that what you ordered isalready on the table in ront o you. When you arm it

as a Truth, then you can see it and experience it. You see,you also work in Gods kitchen, or the kitchen is yourconsciousness linked to the God Mind.

Oh, says Aunt Widgie, well, in that case I am aradiating center o divine love, and I am attracting my perectsoul mate.

    Way to go, Aunt Widgie!

I havent nished yet, dear. I am ree, beautiul, andull o dancing energy.

Lessons From a Bird in a BoxBy Margo J. Ford

Every winter I look orward to the arrival o thesnowbirds, or dark-eyed juncos as they are properlycalled. I put out plenty o seed or them and or thenuthatches, woodpeckers, cardinals, and other delightuleathered visitors to my various bird eeders.

One day last winter as I stepped out onto theapartment balcony to ll the eeders, I noticed one o thelittle juncos in the snow, barely moving, unable to fy.Feeling great compassion or the small creature, I emptieda shoebox, placed the bird in the box, and brought it intothe warmth o the apartment, out o harms way.

As I thought about that little bird, it occurred to methat it must eel really rightened in that totally unamiliarshoebox environment. Surely that strange, dark captivitymust have elt dangerous and lie-threatening. The birdsnatural survival instincts were o no use in this place.

Ater about an hour, I decided that regardless o the

outcome, my little eathered riend should be allowed tobe in its own natural environment. I carried the box backout to the balcony to allow nature to take its course. I setthe box on the balcony railing, and as I slowly lited thebox lid, the small bird inside spread its wings and fewcondently into the woods beyond.

Donna, my apartment mate, and I clapped andcheered as we witnessed this wonderul event. We laughedtogether as we engaged in a antasy conversation between

the bird we had just released and its riends in the woods. We imagined the bird telling its riends it had beencaptured by a earsome giant, placed in dark captivity, and

never expected to taste reedom again. The little bird hadno way o knowing that all along it was being protectedand lovingly cared or during the ordeal it experienced.

Havent we all had similar experiences? Maybewe were never literally placed in a box, but we may haveelt that we were held captive by some situation in our

lives that seemed rightening or hopeless. A job loss, the breakup o a relationship, or a health challenge mayhave let us eeling helpless and without the necessaryresources to cope or to bring about a solution. Fear o theunknown may leave us eeling shaken and immobilized. The strengths we normally count on in normal situations

seem inadequate to deal with what were acing. Most oall, we may eel desperately alone.

But no matter what our circumstances, we arealways in Gods compassionate care. Gods protecting lovesurrounds us every moment. Freedom rom any limitingcondition is our natural state, and Gods will or us is to

live in joy, harmony, love, and peace. In trying times, the use o positive armations is

one o our most powerul resources. Armative prayerallows us to escape rom the captivity o worry, doubt, andear. We prepare ourselves or prayer by breathing deeplyand becoming completely relaxed. Then in a state o

relaxation, we begin our armations. Positive statements, such as God is my ever-present source, I am Gods belovedcared or and protected or Perect healing is taking place

At rst, we may nd ourselves simply saying the

We actually envision healingtaking place in our bodies or imagine the eeling o Godslove surrounding us. As we allow these images to ll us,

our armations take on a whole new energy. Then, inaith, we turn the circumstances o our lives over to God,knowing that all is in divine order.

Armations are like seeds. I we plant suchseed-thoughts as I meet all challenges with confdence andcourage, what will spring up is just what we planted

condence and courage rom within. So we always useour words to create exactly what we want to show up inour lives.

Armative prayer is actually the method o prayerJesus taught us. We can read what Jesus said about that inMark 11:24, Whatever you ask or in prayer, believe that

you have received it, and it will be yours. So when wearm courage, reedom, joy, peace, and harmony in ourlieit will be ours.

Just as that sweet little bird was cared or andprotectedregardless o how it may have seemedinside that dark boxwe, too, are always under Gods

compassionate care. In that understanding, I invite youto join me every day in arming: I am Gods belovedreerom worry, enolded in Gods love, peace, and protection.

Finding a DreamBy Erin McCabeI can remember how my hand elt as I wrote

the words. It was as i they were clothed with an air odeceit. Seemingly stealing something that was not mine,

I elt embarrassed and undeserving as I wrote down myarmation. I watched my back to be sure I was not seenwhile deep within me there was a passion, a yearning. There was integrity in the words beneath the acadeapower, a truth that my heart knew to be strong. Thewords were pouring orth rom my soul.

This was the moment that changed my lie. I metmy day o opportunity, but I did not know it at the time.Playing small, I had been dishonoring my passion inmy heart. Somewhere in my mind I was alling short obelieving that I am an expression o the most high, theDivine, and that I am worthy and I can create the lie I

choose. That was my sin.In Unity, we say we are punished by our sins

rather thanorthem. The word sin is an old archeryterm that means missing the mark. I was missing themark because I was alling short o my potential. Mypunishment occurred every time my inner voice said:

I want to do that. I want to be like that. I think I could. But and then proceeded to give in to ears, anxieties, and limitations.

The words I wrote that day were I am a singer-songwriter with advanced guitar-playing skills. Thenwith timidity I added I will have a CD out within a

year. The year was 1996 and I was participating in a

weekend workshop. We were all asked to nd a dream, one we thought was too big to come true. Perhapsridiculous would be a good word to describe thisdream we were to be looking or.

Following the instructions, I wrote my armationand hid it rom the people next to me out o ear otheir response and my embarrassment. See, I had neverwritten a song beore, and I did not even know howto play the guitar. In act, I did not even own one. So Ihovered over that paper, covering the words as I wrote.

Then it happenedmy nightmare. From the platormmicrophone I heard, Now share what you wrote withthe people around you.

Oh, come on! I whimpered in my head. But Idid it anyway. I wanted this dream to be a reality, and Iwas willing to be teachable.

A ew years later I pulled up at a stoplight on myway to work and suddenly began to cry. I was listeningto my rst recording, and I instantly remembered the dayI wrote these words I am a singer-songwriter withadvanced guitar-playing skills.

My dream was no longer abandoned in my mind.It was alive and breathing. My dream became real bythe very power o the word, and the universe providedeverything I needed along the way. That recording

The journey rom there to here is nothing short o

a miracle in my mind. Willing to be teachable, I ollowedthe instructions and stepped up to the plate. And so didthe universe. I held the vision that was holding me andconditioned my mind with that armation. Funny howit all ts together. Is it synchronicity that, when placedside-by-side, my CD titles read, Come On, Believe It?

I am now open and receptive

    to divine inspiration.

healthy, I am strong, I am exiblethank You, God. Myjoints are improving every day.

Three times a week I swim laps at a community

college pool, and I use armations similar to mywalking ones. This week I have been challenged withcommunication diculties in a close relationship, so inthe pool this morning I armed: I am loving, I am strong,I am understanding. I am open and receptive to wisdomand guidance. Thank You, God. Sometimes I arm the

health and well-being o my amily members and createdierent armations or each one o them.

I I wake up in the middle o the night and havea hard time going back to sleep, I will repeat a reallysimple armation (one I can easily remember in adrowsy state) like: God is I am God is I am. I

will silently repeat each short phrase on an inhalationor exhalation. This mantra-like armation is verycalming and helps me align mysel with my God-essencewhenever my mind is out o kilter.

Utilizing armations during my more activetimes, in conjunction with a physical activity, helps me

stay centered and energizes me on every level o mybeing: body, mind, and spirit.

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord; and youshall love the Lord your God with all your heart, andwith all your soul, and with all your might. And thesewords which I command you this day shall be uponyour heart; and you shall teach them diligently to yourchildren, and shall talk o them when you sit in your

When I walk, I create an armation that uses therhythms o my stride. For example, beore a gruelingoral examination last spring I strode with giant stepsand armed very boldly: I let Spirit run my lie. I knoweverything I need to know. I can do all things through Christwho strengthens me. Thank You, God. With every stride,I armed these truths and kept it up or three miles.

When I got to school, I elt physically invigorated and

    mentally prepared.

I have been challenged with aching knees andhips, so I oten walk and speak the armation: I am

    Change Your Lie WithArmations

    By Brenda S. Ehret

Armations are marvelous tools or creatingchange in our lives. When practiced over a period otime, armations become deeply ingrained in ourconsciousness. They are divine ideas that come rom

God to us through our highest consciousness, where wecommune with God.

Many years ago I began an enthusiastic practiceo arming prosperity in my lie. For years I armedabundance while experiencing no change in my nancialaairs. Ultimately, I came to realize that all the while I

was avidly arming prosperity I was rmly holding thebelie that there is not enough money to go around.

When we embark on the armation adventure,it is important to shine some light on our core belies.Because armations are divine ideas, or rom God, weknow they are intended to bring about the highest good

in our lives. In order to actually maniest or actualize ourhighest good, our core belies must be in alignment withthe armation.

For instance, i I am arming that I chooseprosperity or mysel and gladly accept all the good thatcomes to me, I must be willing to implicitly trust thatGod is my source and is indeed providing all that I desirein order to maniest prosperity in my lie. Only when Ichanged my mind and released my belie that theres

never enough did I begin to experience true prosperity!

The practice o armations is a practice thatcomes out o a deep desire or change in our lives. When

we truly are ready and willing to do what it takes tocreate change, we are ready to set the armation processinto motion.

In order to do this, we use a divine law calledthe law o attraction. Basically, this law states that weattract into our lives whatever we ocus our attention

and energy on.So when we are at the critical point o readiness

or change, we put into motion the law o attraction inour lives. That is to say, we earnestly ocus our energyand attention on the condition we desire in our livesseeing it as already in existence. As we align our belies,

thoughts, words, and actions with this divine idea oarmation, we magnetize to us the condition just as wehave imagined it!

Remember, ater all, we are children o Godinheritors o the kingdom o heaven. This divine law oattraction is the underlying eld o possibilities when it

comes to attracting our good to us through the practiceo armations. Once weve put the law into motion, itis imperative that we keep a sharp spiritual eye out torecognize the opportunities that pour into our lives.

Typically, an armation is geared towardsomething we want to create in our livesacircumstance that does not currently exist. A key tocreating an armation is to begin by claiming thecondition in the present tense or yoursel. For example,

i I desire to create better health or mysel, I mightarm it in this way: I am in perect health. I choose toexercise daily and to eat nutritiously. I you are claiming

something or yoursel with armations, it is imperativeto begin the armation with I.

It can be tempting to unwittingly add a uturetense to the armation. This sets up an unconsciousbelie that the desired circumstance will indeed remainorever in the uture. Note, in the previous armation

there is no I am going to, or I will. These are perectexamples o that nebulous uture. Armations are statedin the present tense.

I daily prayer or meditation is a commitment youare willing to make, you can build an armation aroundthat desire. I set aside 30 minutes daily or communion

with God. Another example might be: Through dailyprayer time, I deepen my spiritual lie.

Once youve created the armation that is perector you, it is important to instill it in your consciousnessdaily. A daily walk or daily drive time is an opportunetime to repeat your armations several times.

I youre willing to see how armations canchange your lie, commit to practicing armations ora minimum o thirty days. I bring about change in my liethrough practicing afrmations or the next thirty days.Give it a tryyou could change your lie!
