Study and follow school guidelines in the Liberty handbook must be followed
Treat other students, teachers, staff, and self with respect
Use communication regularly with my parents about school experiences, academic concerns, and important school notices
Do assignments completely and on time
Enter school on time (no later than 7:40 AM) and aim for perfect attendance
Neatly and completely fill out planner for each class
Thoroughly listen and learn by bringing a positive attitude and all appropriate materials
Set aside time at home, 4-7 days a week, to read and practice math facts
Educate myself through professional development activities that improve teaching and learning
Develop curriculum and instruction based on the Common Core State Standards
Use MAP, ISAT, and unit testing to monitor and communicate student progress
Communicate regularly with families through Skyward, conferences, progress reports, and other available means
Always provide a safe learning environment where everyone is treated with compassion and respect
Tailor education to meet the needs of all students
Offer opportunities for students, families, and the community to participate and contribute in the learning process
Reinforce skills taught at school by providing appropriate practice
Frequently communicate with school. Update contact information when necessary
Assist my child in establishing a routine for school days including eating a healthy breakfast, dressing appropriately for school, brushing teeth regularly, and promoting good study habits.
Model respect with my words and actions-- for my child, other children and their families, the staff, and the school.
Involve my child in school and community activities to promote his social, emotional, and physical development.
