    Please briefly describe the dispute that gave rise to this lawsuit.Defendant, Defend Our Freedoms Foundations, altegedly maintains a website that has publicized public informationregarding Plaintiffs, including information pertaining to Lisa Liberi's criminal convictions, and a dispute bstweenLisa Ostella and Defend Our Freedoms Foundation. Plaintiffs have accused Defendant of violating their rights toprivacy and defamation. Defendant denies these allegations and maintains that it is exercising its First Amendmentrights, and right to participate in the public procoss.Briefly describe the result below and the main issues on appeal.Defendant filed a Motion to Strike pursuant to California Civil Code section 425.16, an "anti-SLAPP" Motion, todrsmlss Plaintrlts' lawsurt on the gfounds that lt was rmpropefly llled to prevent Lretendant lrom exefcrsrng rts lreespeech and related rights. The Motion to Strike was denied on June 14, 201 l.
