The Great Basin Desert is one of four Deserts in North America. This Desert is cold but it is still a Desert. The Great Basin Desert covers a little less then a quarter of North America.

Pipe CactusThe Pipe cactus only grows in one particular Desert. This type of cactus only grows to a certain height it is 7.61999 in meters.
Popcorn FlowerPopcorn Flowers only grow in sandy areas witch is most Deserts.
This plant is mostly found in California.
Fairy DusterA Fairy Dusters blooms are pink and the middle of it is red and grows to five to six feet tall. This type of plant mostly grows in California but also in the desert.
Morman TeaMorman Tea is a fuzzy plant. Morman Tea grows in many parts of U.S. A. There are plants related to this plant such as the Mexican Tea and a few more.
Desert IronwoodDesert Ironwood only grows in the Sonoran Desert. Desert Ironwood turns into charcoal after being burnt.

Goanna’s grow up to 2.5 metres long in their life span. Goannas eat small insects lizards and more creatures. Goannas are found all over Australia .
