Bought this as a gift. They love it and the price here on Amazon was by far the best around with fast, free shipping. This model has the built-in WiFi so you don't have that pesky dongle sticking out the front usb port. Great purchase!

We picked this up to replace another Samsung BluRay player. Basically, we bought a Panasonic TV with 3d and she wanted a player with 3D as well. The 3D works as advertised. The images appear slightly softer on the plasma TV, but I think that is one of the drawbacks. You'll get what is expected there.

I used to have a BD570 player and was happy with the disc playing and the two streaming services I used, Netflix and MLB.TV. My main complaint was the incredibly long time needed for software updates - that was clearly a bug in the code that handled the download.

I recently bought a new receiver (Yamaha RX_v475), Speakers (Polk Monitor70's), Sub (Polk PSW-110) and this blu-ray. This was really an afterthought. It turned out to be the best item of my all my purchases. First, it's wi-fi - so hook up was < 5 minutes and it worked easily.

I haven't used all of the functionality, but it seems to do what it says. Ironically when I turn it on, it takes over the settings of an older samsung tv (not a smart tv) which I find odd, but it is OK.

It is okay. DVD and BD playback is very good. Load times are acceptable if not overly fast. Quality is quite good.

The remote is nice. Easy to work with. Got tossed into a closet as I replaced it with my logitech.

This is a fine Blu-ray disk player, and the wireless apps a great. Pandora, YouTube, streaming photos and videos from your PC to the TV are all really great features. But a really exceptional feature was the support of an application for Napster, which allowed access to a huge online library of music to be played on you main home stereo system rather than just to your PC.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about...unless I just got lucky....but this product works great and synced with my LG TV remote just fine. I didn't have to anything to get the wireless to connect it brought my network up in 5 seconds. Discs play fine and the 3D quality is great.

Love te product but when the item was delivered it was delivered in its regular packaging, it was not in another box so when I received it my brother was home and saw it and it was his Christmas present so it kind of ruined the suprise. The seller should put their items in another box when shipping, other than that I received it in a timely matter
