I used to have a BD570 player and was happy with the disc playing and the two streaming services I used, Netflix and MLB.TV. My main complaint was the incredibly long time needed for software updates - that was clearly a bug in the code that handled the download.

I just recently became interested in Hulu, which is free via internet and even through XBOX.. but Samsung only has Hulu Plus available at a cost of about $8 a month. it tags a referance code so obviously Samsung must be getting kick backs for pushing it.

It is okay. DVD and BD playback is very good. Load times are acceptable if not overly fast. Quality is quite good.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about...unless I just got lucky....but this product works great and synced with my LG TV remote just fine. I didn't have to anything to get the wireless to connect it brought my network up in 5 seconds. Discs play fine and the 3D quality is great.

First, I am more than a novice when it come to electronics and networking. I bought this with the sole intention of using the DLNA compatibility and waching DVDs we have ripped to our server, as I already had a great samsung bluray player. Didnt even get close with this thing.
