Develop the technical skills of trainees applicable in the field of mechanical engineering

Develop problem solving skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Enhance the essential aspects of trainees’ communication and interpersonal skills and awareness of environmental health and work place safety

Assessment Varied methods are used to assess trainee's progress including quizzes, assignment, project as well as practical and written exams. On-the-Job Training To ensure that trainees gain experience related to their field of study, they are required to complete the OJT programme in one of the private or government partners of BTI. Qualification Certificates Upon the completion of the requirements of the programme, a trainee shall receive certificates from Pearson and Bahrain Training Institute.
