SUBJECT:MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED EQUIPMENTS IN THE CONTROL ROOM OF RAWALPINDI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, RAWALPINDI.

The Project Manager of M/s Sigmen (Pakistan) alongwith with his Technical Staff have visited the office of Rawalpindi Development Authority on 26th October,2015 and informed to the Incharge of the subject system, that a part of the equipments installed in the Control Room for SCATS command and control are not working properly and thus do not facilitate the Engineers and Staff stationed in the control room, since it is not repairable equipments as such it should be replaced immediately for proper operation of SCATS system.

2.A detailed report has been prepared indicating exactly the part of the equipment which are not operational alongwith non availability of Software CDs which have a key role in operation of system. The detailed report is attached at Annex:A with the request to take prompt action as deem fit to avoid any further complication and embarrassment for the department due to non functioning of system installed.Encl.
