To whomever might be selling their personal real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area – I recently sold my single family home in St. Francis Wood. The house sold for 18.5% over the asking price, with a 14 day close, and all of the offers were received within two weeks after the home was listed. I am completely in debt to Sandy Gandolfo and Anna Barbagelata of Barbagelata Realty for my tremendous success. We did just that, and Sandy and Anna generated seven ‘clean’ offers thanks to their marketing plan. Hundreds of people and agents came to see the house during the ‘showing’ period. Most importantly, Sandy and Anna never lost sight of our goal during a very intense, unexpected, and ridiculously trying experience with my pending divorce.
