TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I have been working with Andrija Djakovic for couple of years in two large companies: Telenor and GroundLink. During that period I was in charge of his initial training, monitoring and development in both companies and on that way I had a full overview of his development during the years. In short period of time, Andrija managed to significantly expand his skills and knowledge. He was successful agent in both companies and soon promoted to larger and more responsible positions. Even though he spent significant time in Customer service he managed to adjust easily to any position he was placed on. He also felt comfortable changing the environment and getting along with new colleagues. On his everyday work Andrija was successfully dealing with obstacles while remaining calm, he always looked for ways to improve service or process and was proactive. He never had an issue working overtime and was genuinely loyal to his work and coworkers on every position he was placed on. Andrija is pleasant to work with and has great understanding of processes, procedures, his job and duties. He is a team player, but at the same time he can take the lead and the responsibility as a person. I’d say that Andrija is self-confident person capable of dealing with challenging environment.
