Regard the above matter, I am Nur Aziah Binti Abd Mubi (50213113802), student of Bachelor Mechanical Engineering at UniKL International College, would like to seek a permission to have industrial visit at your company.

2. Purpose of this visit is to fulfill the subject Industrial Safety and Health (NCB30102) requirements. During this visit we will run Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRARC) in your company for our education report. It requires us to take photos for our report.
