Michelle Balconi
Michelle is a writer and speaker focused on creating connections between children and adults through economics.
A mother of two children, Michelle
previously worked in communications for
15 years alongside technology investors
introducing first-to-market products.
The Expert
Dr. Arthur Laffer
Dr. Laffer, well known for his illustration of the curve bearing his name, is founder and chairman of Laffer Associates, an economic research firm focusing on interconnecting macroeconomic, political and demographic changes. Dr. Laffer was a member of President Reagan's Economic Policy Advisory Board.
In addition to writing and speaking about economics, Dr. Laffer enjoys spending as much time as possible with his great grandchild and 11 grandchildren on their family farm.
The Illustrator
Mary Kinsora
Mary is a children's book illustrator working in
Detroit and Chicago. She is a graduate of the
College for Creative Studies, licenses her artwork
to consumer businesses and has recently co-
founded Snail’s Tales media company.
Mary is particularly
interested in stories that
are imaginative but help to
educate and enrich
children.
The Idea
