The functionality of the LetKnow Trade platform is built using the algorithm of counter-P2P transactions between users using the third certifying party, which is the LetKnow escrow service. Thus the system only intervenes in a transaction when it is necessary to resolve a disputed situation; leaving the parties the opportunity to independently agree on the format, conditions and time frame of the transaction and then monitor its progress.

All platform elements interact with LetKnow World’s internal wallets using the LK Wallet Server. Users can see their personal account balances in real-time, manage their wallets and carry out transfer operations directly from the interface of the LetKnow Trade platform. All transactions in the platform are carried out exclusively from the user’s internal functional wallets, which can be replenished from their personal wallets.

User authorization is performed using the LetKnow ID authorization server. User activity, the number of completed transactions, the volume of transactions and user reviews all affect the user’s rating in the system, which is visible to other users when entering into transactions; thus encouraging users to carry out transactions in good faith.

The two main functions of the LetKnow Exchange platform are the conversion of assets «on the fly» and providing the necessary liquidity for the system.

All LetKnow World services interact with the Exchange platform though an API. This conveniently automates the exchange function when using the payment system and conversions are required to complete transactions.

Like all other services in the ecosystem, the LetKnow Exchange platform uses LetKnow ID to authenticate users under a single account. Likewise, the LK Wallet service is incorporated into the Exchange where users perform transactions from their trading wallets and can refill those from their personal wallets. All these functionalities can be performed using the interface of the platform.

The application of progressive solutions in the development of the platform architecture allows you to maintain a high transaction processing rate, providing resistance to high charges during high-frequency trading.

At the moment, the platform allows you to perform up to 800,000 transactions per second, by the autumn of 2019 we plan to increase this figure up to 2,000,000 transactions per second.
