Sriracha- Maple Roasted Cashews 1 lb roasted, unsalted cashews1/3 cup Community Naturals maple syrup3 Tbsp Sriracha sauce1 Tbsp coconut oilSea salt to tasteDIRECTIONS:Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place nuts on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Combine syrup, sauce, oil and salt in small bowl. Drizzle over nuts. Toss mixture with your fingers to coat nuts. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes. Stir with spatula while cooking to keep from sticking together. Remove from oven and let cool until hardened. Stir several times while cooling.
